Hello, I’m Tiffany Allan.I have 4 years of classroom experience as a middle school mathematics teacher and half of year as a high school science teacher. After completing my undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and completing a year of work experience at a Mechanical Engineering firm I sought after an opportunity to teach.  I realized that my passion was in education from reflecting on my summer internships, which lead me to pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

This program taught me about the theories of best practices and assisted with creating my pedagogy. The program focused on the development of curriculum, identifying student needs, adapting resources, and implementing ongoing professional development. Through my own classroom experiences, I have implemented theories taught and personalized them to fit my own teaching style.  In addition to fulfilling duties required such as effectively communicating, collecting and analyzing data, selecting the most effective assessment tools, collaborating with peers and administration, and encouraging growth towards best practices among peers and students.

 I am a professional individual and encompass strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure, among groups as well as individually.  I manage time well, I am flexible, and I am committed to lifelong learning.

我是一个专业的个人,拥有很强的沟通能力,能够在压力下有效地工作,无论是在团队之间还是在个人之间。我能很好地管理时间,我很灵活,而且我致力于终生学习。
